Dan Soule, a native of Kent, brings a lifetime of local knowledge and insight to every transaction. With over 20 years as a licensed real estate broker and a distinguished 30-year career as Director of Litchfield County Dispatch, Dan is known for his leadership, precision, and steady guidance. He is a land specialist with a sharp eye for value, zoning, and development potential, and has a natural talent for numbers that allows him to evaluate opportunities with clarity and confidence.

Toni Soule, whose maiden name is Hart—the inspiration behind the Hart & Soule name—grew up in Dover Plains, New York, just across the Connecticut line. With over 25 years of real estate experience, Toni has built her career on loyalty, dedication, and meaningful client relationships. She spent her entire career with one company prior to launching Hart & Soule, earning a reputation for consistency, professionalism, and trust. Toni is also licensed in New York with Rich Rennia Real Estate, allowing her to seamlessly assist clients on both sides of the Connecticut–New York border.
Toni specializes in the personal side of real estate—taking the time to truly get to know her clients, listening carefully to their needs, and guiding them with patience and care. Her strengths shine in residential sales, rentals, and client-focused service, and she has also played a key role in mentoring, leading, and training other agents throughout her career.
