Kent, Connecticut — A familiar local couple is taking an exciting new step in their long real estate careers. Dan and Toni Soule have officially launched their own family-owned business, Hart & Soule Real Estate, serving Kent and the surrounding Litchfield County communities.
Dan, a lifelong Kent resident, brings over 20 years as a licensed real estate broker along with a 30-year career as Director of Litchfield County Dispatch. Known throughout the community for his steady leadership and willingness to help others, Dan specializes in land and commercial real estate and is well regarded for his strong understanding of property values and numbers.
Toni Soule, who grew up just over the Connecticut line in Dover Plains, NY, has more than 25 years of experience in real estate. She is known for her friendly, down-to-earth approach and her ability to truly listen to her clients. Toni works across residential homes, rentals, and land, and is also licensed in New York with Rich Rennia Real Estate. Over the years, she has helped mentor and train other agents, sharing her knowledge and experience.
The name “Hart & Soule” has special meaning—”Hart” is Toni’s maiden name, and together it reflects both their business and their family. Their tagline, “It’s the ‘E’ in Soule that makes the Heart,” highlights the personal touch they bring to their work.
Dan and Toni have raised three daughters and are now proud grandparents to four grandchildren. Their strong ties to the area and commitment to the community are at the center of everything they do.
After many years in the business, the couple says starting their own company felt like the right next step.
